Unitil Completes New Hampshire Water Company Acquisition
Unitil Corporation finalized its purchase of two Aquarion water companies in New Hampshire, closing a deal first announced in May 2025.
Unitil Corporation (NYSE: UTL) announced Tuesday that it has completed the acquisition of Aquarion Water Company of New Hampshire, Inc. and Abenaki Water Co., Inc. from the Aquarion Water Authority, expanding the Hampton, N.H.-based utility's footprint into the water services sector.
