reAlpha Tech Corp (NASDAQ: AIRE) has completed its acquisition of InstaMortgage, bolstering its integrated real estate platform with direct mortgage lending capabilities spanning 38 states and Washington, D.C., the company announced Wednesday.
The deal brings multi-state direct lending operations and in-house underwriting and funding functions under reAlpha's roof — a significant structural upgrade that allows the company to control more of the mortgage origination process rather than relying on third-party lenders.

For reAlpha, which has been building toward a fully integrated homebuying platform, the InstaMortgage acquisition represents a strategic move to close gaps in its service chain.
